MVA Marketplace acts as an intermediary platform connecting independent Buyers with third-party Sellers and Providers. As such, refunds are governed by the specific stage of the facilitation process.
A full refund (minus any external payment processing fees) is available ONLY if the Platform has not yet initiated the connection with the Provider or if the Provider has not yet commenced the delivery service.
By using our services, all parties (Buyers, Sellers, and Providers) acknowledge that virtual assets, once delivered to a recipient account, cannot be reclaimed or reversed. As an intermediary, MVA Marketplace is unable to retrieve assets once access has been successfully granted.
We provide a 24-hour verification window for every character facilitation. This is your ONLY opportunity to dispute the transaction based on technical discrepancies. All disputes MUST be filed within 24 hours of receiving credentials.
Beyond this period, the Platform assumes the Buyer has accepted the handover as-is, and any funds held at the intermediary stage will be released to the Provider.
MVA Marketplace is NOT responsible for refunds related to official server administrative actions (bans/mutes/deletions) that occur outside the 24-hour verification window. Both parties are fully aware that trading outside official server channels carries inherent risk that the Platform cannot indemnify.
If you have a valid claim within the 24-hour window, you must contact our **Support Admin** on Discord or Telegram with clear visual evidence (uncut recording of handover/login issues). Our role is to audit the Provider's delivery against the listing and ensure a fair resolution for both parties.
