1. Nature of the Platform

MVA Marketplace (the "Platform") acts solely as a technological intermediary and facilitator. We provide the infrastructure to connect independent **Sellers** and **Service Providers** with potential **Buyers** of virtual goods related to Warmane community servers.

MVA Marketplace is NOT a party to the actual transactions between users. We do not own, sell, or provide the virtual assets ourselves; we merely facilitate the secure negotiation and handover between two independent parties.

2. Assumption of Risk & "Grey Market" Disclosure

By using this Platform, all users (Buyers, Sellers, and Providers) explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Virtual item trading occurs outside the official Warmane platform and may violate the official server's Terms of Service.
  • Users assume ALL risks associated with server-side administrative actions, including but not limited to account bans, mutes, or asset deletions by official server staff.
  • The "grey market" nature of these transactions is fully understood and accepted by all parties involved.

3. Independent Contractor Status

Sellers and Providers are independent contractors. There is no partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship between MVA Marketplace and any user or provider. MVA Marketplace is not responsible for the conduct, errors, or omissions of any third party using the platform.

4. Virtual Asset Ownership Disclaimer

Users acknowledge that they are exchanging "access rights" or "services" to facilitate a handover. MVA Marketplace does not claim any property rights over the intellectual property of Warmane or Blizzard Entertainment. All virtual assets remain the property of their respective developers and server operators.

5. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold MVA Marketplace harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, including any server-side penalties incurred due to your trading activities.

6. No Affiliation

MVA Marketplace is an independent entity. We have no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement from Warmane, Blizzard Entertainment, or any other game developer or publisher mentioned on this site.

7. Finality of Handover

Once credentials have been delivered by the Provider and accepted by the Buyer, MVA Marketplace's role as an intermediary is complete. Any subsequent issues occurring more than 24 hours after handover are the sole responsibility of the transacting parties.
